iPad - canvas drifts when placing with hover & Apple Pencil

As the title suggests, when I place an image into a picture frame and hover over to preview using Apple Pencil, the canvas drifts and reverts to the centre of the view.

I don't remember this behaviour prior to 2.5.5 (but I could be wrong with that). What I can so though is that this is repeatable every time on 2.5.5.

I'm using:

11 inch iPad Pro (M4)
Apple Pencil Pro
Publisher 2.5.5

And separate from this bug report, you can also see when I have the place menu open and I close out of the document, the app crashes. This is also repeatable and occurs every time. Happy to raise under separate bug report if needed.
