How to print cut mark and two pages per printed pages

Possibly something along these lines...

"Theoretically" the print layout option "N-Up" allows to place (-> "Repeat" / "Across | Down") a page multiple times on a print sheet.

Unfortunately it does neither auto-adjust the required scaling (even if set to "Fit to…" / "Shrink to Printable") nor does it auto-centre the data, so you need to calculate + set the scale factor manually and also the Left & Top offset + the Gap. Therefore it may be more comfortable to export first + create a new document + place this page twice for a 'normal' print, as shown above by @Hangman.
