Publisher v2 - Image frame on master page

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have images throughout a document that I’d like to be able to modify altogether (size, alignment) using an image frame on the master page, but after setting that up I've noticed that I’m unable to place an image inside the frame on any of the document pages as the Paste Inside option is disabled for it. Is there an alternative way to place an image inside a master image frame, or is there no use to having one?

Thanks for the help!

You would typically use File > Place to put an image inside a picture frame. Is there any reason you have to use Edit > Paste Inside?

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Only because I didn't realise the Place option works inside an existing image frame, haha! I thought it only places it as a new one. I tried it and that works perfectly. Thanks!

Place just puts the image on the page. It doesn't create a Picture Frame at all.
