I’ve noticed on all three platforms, (Photo, Designer and Publisher) that the ability to scroll values up and down in text formatting fields with the mouse no longer works… Was this intentional? Because it REALLY SUCKS to not have it…

If I click on the leading in a paragraph or click on the font size, I used to be able to scroll the mouse “wheel”, (there is no physical wheel on a Mac mouse) up or down to change these values and they no longer work in ANY dialog box. I have to use the arrow keys up or down or type in a value…

And one more thing… In the Assets dialog where I add components I use commonly, to ADD a selection, I have to scroll all the way to the top to click “Add from Selection…” but THEN I have to scroll all the way DOWN to the bottom of the list to re-name the asset… Either add the selection to the TOP of the list so it can be re-named without all the scrolling or add a right-click option to “Add selected to Assets”

There than these, your software has COMPLETELY replaced all my Adobe subscriptions so THANKS!!! I do still have to use After Effects… Any chance Affinity might be working on an AE killer?

Which specific dialog(s) are you referring to please? As this is working as expected for me in the Character / Paragraph Studio panels, as well as the Context Toolbar on Windows.
Please note your cursor needs to be over the input field itself, and not the 'text label' next to the field.

Thanks for your feedback!

If you don't wish to scroll to use the 'Add from Selection' option, you can actually drag and drop your selection from the canvas directly into the Assets Studio list using the Move Tool - you will see a blue visual indicator showing where in the list the Asset will be added, and you can then immediately rename the added asset:

I hope this helps :)
