🇬🇧 Hi, I just tried creating a simple Macro to simply save a .png image as a .jpg

But, when I start recording and select the Export function, I directly encounter a problem (see screenshot):

I'm confused and don't understand this blockage. Could you enlighten me? Thank you…

Macros cannot record every function in Affinity Photo, using the Export function is one of them

If you need to batch process changing PNG files to JPG files you can use...

File > New Batch Job

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
