mrlennon
Hello everyone, I have an issue with the warp mesh function crashing Designer. If I go the the warp mesh function, and use the node tool to add a node on the mesh at the bottom between the U & R, it crashes. If you go to the top line of the mesh it works fine. Very odd issue Has anyone seen this before?? I have provided the native file and a screen shot. It sends a report to Affinity every time it happens. I hope they read my messages I add. It could be because you have a Warp Group inside a Warp Group. mrlennon
Though that to, but it will do it on the initial warp. Its only the bottom line that causes the crash. And it crashes regardless the font selection.
firstdefence
Ok, get this, if you rotate the mesh 180º and add a node between the U & the R, well anywhere on the bottom line as long as it is upside down, it will happily add a node (see video below) Node oddity.mp4 Quote iMac 27" 2019 Sequoia 15.0 (24A335), iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
