Staff Dan C Posted April 12 Staff Share Posted April 12 Thanks for providing that! As recommended above, please try disabling Hardware Acceleration then restart the app as prompted and try opening your RAW files once again. You might also want to ensure your GPU drivers are fully up to date, I believe your PC is running an Intel i5-8250U, which you can find the latest Windows 11 drivers here - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html?wapkw=i5-8250U Please do let me know if this helps
Screwdriver
I have added examples of what happened when I moved exposure slider. And a shot of the screen you asked for.
Screwdriver
I turned off the Hardware acceleration box and hey presto it's working again. I would like to thank everyone for their time to help me with my problem and putting up with my lack of computer knowledge. Thank you all, Robert Alfred and Dan C
