Affinity Photo/Design / Loading Failed

Recommended Posts

Dear Team/Participants

I have recently started having startup or loading issues in regarding to both Affinity Photo and Designer, which previously was loading fine. I have followed many forum advise from the net. But to no avail and that’s why I have jointed this group for the first time. I have tried to find solutions through this forum, but found it overwhelming as a beginner on this site.

Please advise on other possible solutions other than double tapping with a single finger for the reset mode list. Cuz I have tried different combinations of resets that’s listed.

Kind Ragard

Edgar

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You haven't described what's happening. Please give more details, including any error messages, and also your OS.

Dear Team/Participant's,

Sorry about omitting other systems details, I have IPad Pro 12.9 OS Ver 17.4.1 and the Applications in question are Affinity Photo and Design both Ver 2. There are no error prompts as the issue is with trying to load the applications, as shown on the attached pictures. That’s the limits to which my applications are running to and does not follow through.

Please advise.

Kind regards

Edgar Perez

Thanks for the added info. My first suggestion would be to power-off and restart your iPad and see if that helps.

Sorry, but I have tried that to no avail. Also I have deleted and reinstalled twice, and still no change. I’m hoping for a new update in the hope it might work, but everything is up to date. So I’m still searching for a fix.

Kind regards

Edgar
