tD4WG
Hello Im curious how would you actually crop the image destructive way. I need to crop zoning plan of whole city and the file is a large PDF and using non destructive way bothers me because the file is still too large to manipulate. Thanks
Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @tD4WG. If you have a particular output size in mind (rather than simply adjusting the crop until you find the result visually appealing) you can start by creating a new document of the required size and placing the image on the canvas. Tweak the size and position of the placed image and then export it: the exported version will exclude any parts of the image that spill over the edges of the canvas. Staff Dan C Posted April 5 Staff Share Posted April 5 Welcome to the Affinity Forums @tD4WG! Which Affinity app are you using to crop your PDF please? Is this PDF a layered document, or a singular image layer within the PDF file? Are you using File > Open to import the PDF as a new document, or File > Place to introduce it into an existing design? Many thanks in advance
