Getting rid of the Affinity bar at top of page to be able to see top toolbar

Recommended Posts

I cannot see the top of page toolbar bc the blue Affinity bar, with File, Edit, Document, Text, Layer.......does not hide like most apple apps. This is the menu that usually comes down when you nudge the top of the screen....mine will not go away. How can I fix that?

Hello Tim4214 and welcome to the Affinity forums🙂
Which OS are you on; macOS, Win? And which version of said?
Is it only one of the Affinity apps that is affected or all three?
Are you sure you have correctly activated Full Screen mode?
Are you able you post screenshots or a recording of your entire screen so we can see what you are seeing?
On macOS click the small green traffic light button, top left of the app window, to enter Full Screen mode.
Or to toggle In/Out of Full Screen on Mac use key command: control+command+F

This sounds like you are used to running applications in Full Screen mode. Use the menu item Window > Toggle Fullscreen

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
