Alex_M
Not sure if this is the case in the newest update, but in version 2.3.1 switching to another tab and then switching back to the previous one makes the layer panel reset its last known position before tabbing out of the document. This is quite annoying as I have to constantly scroll through the layers panel to get to where my view was every time I switch to another tab. Please see the video below. Notice how the "Base render" layer is never in view after switching to another tab and back. photo-231-layers-panel-view-resets-when-switching-tabs.mp4 Quote Affinity Photo 2.4.2 for Windows ◾ OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 ver. 22H2 ◾ CPU: AMD Ryzen 7950X 16-core ◾ RAM: 64 GB DDR5-6400 ◾ GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3090 Suprim X 24GB / driver 526.98 ◾ NVMe SSD Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB ◾ Monitors: 2x Eizo ColorEdge CS2420 24"

Staff DWright Posted April 5 Staff Share Posted April 5 I have tested this in the latest 2.4.1 version of Affinity Photo and the selected layer is remembered when switching between document tabs. Alex_M
