This can be done outside of the app by following the below: Close all Affinity apps Hold down CTRL and launch the app while still holding CTRL A 'Clear user data' will prompt, tick 'Disable Hardware Acceleration' Press 'Clear' and the app will now launch If the crashes persist, could you provide us with a couple of recent crash reports since the issue started happening? No I have not, I'll do that as soon as I reinstall the newer version as I rolled back to the previous one, I'll do some testing when I've installed it again, thanks for the response! AffinityFan2k19 Posted March 29 Author Share Posted March 29 Well, I just bought affinity photo 2, so it looks like I won't be reinstalling. EDIT: The program doesn't show up on my uninstall list even with the uninstallation troubleshooter! And what's worse, the damn program crashes every time I even use a brush, I bought this mostly because the first version was non-functional, yet this is much worse! Requesting a refund, and I would like to know how to remove this program from my PC, as it's not even listed in my start menu programs! I installed on another drive, so the folder structure is the same as a C:// path EDIT 2 I found the uninstall info I needed, so I'll try to reinstall using the exe/msi file Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
