How to make an image from scratch like Mermaid or Dreamers

I cannot find any tutorials on how to make my own photos such as the Mermaid on the Welcome dash, or Dreamers. Where are the tutorials for that?

I would like to be shown how those images were made so I can learn to make my own images like those fantasy images.

If you click on the Date at the top-left of the post which contains the video (see attached image) you can then use your browser to create a bookmark which you can use to get back to the video quickly.
