Kerstin
Dear Affinity User, after a lot of work and restructuring my Assets on Mac I like to export them complete at ONCE and import them complete at ONCE to my iPad. It took me a lot of time to reorganize myself. To export all assets now Category by Category drives me crazy. There must be a different workaround. Who has a solution, I couldn't find it. Or is there any other way to have the same Assets on both devices via magic and import and export is no needed? Please help 🙂 Thank You!! And by the way the assets are too small to see in the panels - That would be good to make the own decision how big they should be visible to see. Now in the new version we already have the choice for the panel background, if we could choose for the size, that would be great. Category by category is all you can currently do. Serif have suggested that they'd like to enhance the Account system to allow sharing of custom assets, etc. among a user's various machines, so maybe that will become possible someday. walt.farrell
Except, you can embed Asset categories into Affinity documents on the desktop, which allows something easier than manual export/import. Perhaps that would work with iPad, too. I haven't tried it. See "embed in current document" in the asset panel help: https://affinity.help/publisher2/en-US.lproj/pages/Panels/assetsPanel.html Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
