How to Turn Off Marquee Tool Antialiasing?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have searched about it, can't find any solution. Is this issue still not solved?

I am trying to crop an object in a layer using marquee tool, and I wanted it to be pixel perfect crop.
But the cropping automatically do antialiasing of the object.
I have
- selected "force off" the layer antialiasing properties
- unticked the marquee tool "antialiasing" checkbox
- ticked "force pixel alignment"
But still it does antialiasing crop.

Try the following:

  1. rasterize and trim the layer to ensure it has the same DPI as the document.
  2. uncheck all snapping options, then activate only force pixel alignment. Move by whole pixels should be off, too.
  3. try again.

if it still does not work, can you save the file with history and upload it so we can check?
