To work around it, create a blank rectangle without fill or stroke, larger than your warp group with effect would be, and nest the warp group without the effect inside. Then apply the effect to the parent blank rectangle which now acts as an invisible wrapper. loukash Posted January 15 Share Posted January 15 Besides, for outlines as in your example, I'd strongly recomment to avoid the layer effect whenever possible and use a vector stroke instead.
