Is there a way to batch process noise reduction?

I there a way to apply noise reduction to many photos? I don't seem to be able to add it to a macro. I have 500 raw photos that I would like to de-noise and would prefer not to do it manually

Noise Adjustment can be performed in two ways:

• In the Develop Persona for RAW images. This cannot directly be added to a macro as you cannot start recording a macro in the Develop Persona, but there is an indirect way in Photo 2. See:or
• After Developing, using the Live Denoise Filter, which you can record directly with a macro. You can do this in either Photo or Photo 2, and on macOS you can do it using either the Serif Labs RAW engine or the Apple RAW engine.

I used the first approach of embedding the RAW layer, making some edits, recording the macro etc.. 

Just a question though, what is the difference between pixel, embedded and linking? Does it affect the photo quality when exporting?

Just to add that in Photo persona the destructive noise reduction filter is available, and despite sharing the same name with the live filter version, it works different and much better in my view.: it is far stronger in effect, the live filter effect is often barely noticeable . I would recommend to avoid the live denoise filter and choose one of the alternatives like destructive filter or develop persona.

If you develop to Pixel, you cannot go back into the Develop Persona to continue your work. (You can go back in, but all your settings were made destructively originally, instead of being available for further modification.)
