Inserting index mark from the contextual menu

In Publisher I know you can do command-shift-option (or presumably windows-shift-alt) to insert an index marker, but I think it would be useful to add that to the right-click menu. There is Insert Anchor, Insert Hyperlink, and Insert Cross-Reference already, but please add Insert Index Mark.

Good idea.

I recommend changing the default shortcut to a more convenient one. Instead of Option+Shift+Command+[ which I find difficult to press, I use Shift+Command+I. That one isn't assigned by default and is an easier one to press.

Thanks. Yeah, I guess changing the shortcut to something easier fixes the problem somewhat, but I'd still like to see it in the contextual menu for those times I forget what I set it to.
