Andreas Harder-Matern

😊👍 Paul Wouters and walt.farrell 1
Paul Wouters
I had the same issue on my computer after the last update. Seems like it's a bug that's more common. Removing the User data (.affinity folder) and reinstalling seems to solve this issue. Andreas Harder-Matern
Elvio Moura
Already try every suggestions that I found in the forum. Firewall, reinstall, a Windows 11 fresh installation, .net upgrade, so on... Designer, Publisher, Photo none of them work. Same issue for all. Staff Dan C Posted December 11, 2023 Staff Share Posted December 11, 2023 Hi @Elvio Moura, Sorry to hear you're having trouble here! Have you tried removing the .affinity User Data folder, as mentioned above? This should force reset the license cache and hopefully stop this from showing for you.
