I have V2.3 and the content says it has been downloaded. When I go to apply a LUT filter, it asks for the name. I can not see where I can select the Salt and Pepper LUT back to add those. It wants to open an explorer window for me to locate manually.

You would find it in the Adjustments panel, in the LUT section.

same issue, i did the upgrade to v2 including some packs and also the salt & pepper which i wanted to try first. I cant find it. I opened the LUT option in the adjustment panel, but there is nothing and i can only import Luts. But there is no hint in the manual about where the Luts are saved. Thats a bit frustrating

Welcome to the Affinity Forums @simproductions!

As Walt mentions above, these are found in the Adjustment Studio, under the LUT section. You can expand the LUT section and then select the installed category to see a list of these LUTs -

If you can't see the Adjustment Studio currently, ensure this is enabled under Window > Adjustment.

I hope this helps :)
