Affinity Photo 2.3.0 will not load on my Windows 11 computer

I have responded to upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 and the product will not load. I  have reloaded 2.2 and it loads. I have downloaded your free version and it will not load. All I get is Windows cannot acces the path.

Let me know when you have this fixed. I am going back to 2.2

We'll need some more information to assist you in downloading and installing the 2.3 update.

Are you downloading the update via the prompt within the app or from your Affinity Store account?

Do you receive the error during the installation or when opening the app?

Can you please take a screenshot of the message you receive.

I have exactly the same problem. Downloaded from Affinity Store account but upon attempting start up Windows states that Affinity Publisher 2 is not responding
