I have exactly the same problem. Downloaded from Affinity Store account but upon attempting start up Windows states that Affinity Publisher 2 is not responding

I pre-ordered the Publisher workbook on 30 November and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed Affinity several times and was promised the book before Christmas etc etc. As they can't take phone calls I am at a loss as how to escalate this. Interestingly, I went on to the Amazon UK site last week and ordered a copy (at full price). I am a Prime member and the book arrived the next morning. Work that one out!
