Buying multiple licenses with the same email

As a small business i bought a v2 universal license, individual. I tied it to the company email. We are small, we have a single email for everybody.

Now, because I almost replaced corel draw with affinity publisher, i need to buy a license for my employee, so she can print the stuff i made from her PC.

I can buy another license with the same email and then the system will automatically manage the activations, right?

I plan to hire another employee next year, maybe it's better to directly buy the business package with 2 licenses? An account can hold individual and business licenses at the same time?
