Affinity Publisher 2 Text Style question

I've attached an image of what I want to achieve as a Test Style. So the only way I can do this so far is with separate text boxes. However, there are quite a few paragraphs and single-sentence instances where I would like to do this. Is there a way to achieve this "format" by creating a Text Style to apply to a paragraph or a single sentence?

You can achieve this with a saved Character Style applied to the "First Word".

For easier handling / frequent use it may help to activate the Paragraph Style property "Initial Words". – Unfortunately then some of the interface indicators can mislead, even if only those text is selected that got this paragraph property & character style applied.

I believe that I am trying to achieve something else. I understand how the "First word" property is used. It's more akin to a "bullet list."

Use the Left Indent and the First Line Indent properties of your paragraph style.

You can do it with Initial Words as thomaso suggested. The advantage is there's only a single style but you have to keep typing the people's names. You can also do it with a Bulleted list but then you need one style per person. Which is better is up to you.
