Non-destructive Raw Develop is destructive

You can if you have Linked or Embedded chosen in the Context toolbar. Not Pixel Layer. You also must have the Serif Engine chosen as the developer, not the Apple one.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
