Lauri22
I just started your course yesterday, and I wanted to say thank you! I was feeling a bit lost as to how to learn the program, and your learn-by-example method has been perfect!

anon1
IMO there are nice things mentioned but for my part it´s just way to slow... I can see that others request exactly this slow procedure so these are just my two cents on this. as a comparison - I found the pace of the official Affinity Videos absolutely perfect! And thank you making this free for forum members, the videos really show your efforts and obviously you already helped many people so that really is something to be proud of (y)
Gramondo
This course is an ideal starting point for newbies (like me) to get a slow and progressive understanding of the basics. The presentation may not be highly polished, but with polish things become slick and way too quick for us beginners. I am accomplished in technical drawing, but my graphic skills are very limited. I have completed the course and downloaded the videos, so I can repeat and learn the "ins and outs" of this superb software and hone my skills. I purchased Affinity Designer to accompany Affinity Photo as it was so affordable, with no subscription. I've never "rented" anything in my life so Adobe will never take another penny from me! Thanks for the opportunity to gain this knowledge for free, I really appreciate it.
