I have Affinity Photo 2.2.1 running on a Win/11 desktop with 2 monitors. AF is constantly resizing the windows to bizarre configurations. I have reported this before to Affinity Support, and to this forum.

AP Support promised to get back to me on 9/14 for [Request received: #100817] but I have heard nothing since.

Some members on this forum had comments, see

but nothing helped, I reset AF several times, reinstalled plugins & reconfigured.

I realize my time is worth little to Serif Ltd and they already have my money.

Has anyone found any way to get support out of Serif for AP2?

Hi GreenSWOhio,

I have just looked through our system and I can't see any emails from the address you have used to setup your forum account I'm afraid. Please could you send me a private message with the contents of your email so I can try and find out what happened to it? In regards to your issue if it is the same as the problem you reported in the thread you linked to then this is something that is logged with our developers to be fixed in a future update.

Thanks
C

I am not sure about the source of your confusion. Are you a Serif person?

The incident/problem number returned to my email address is stated above, 100817. I sent and received communications from the same email address I use to logonto this forum.

I am not happy with the problem being fixed sometime in the future. You have my money now. And I've made a considerable investment in learning AF2. I have sent descriptions of other problems to Serif. They all remain unresolved. AF2 does not seem to be quite ready for use...

I am not, but yes, Callum is. If you compare his post with yours (or mine), you should see three items that differ and that indicate that he's part of the Serif team. This will be a bit different if you're looking on a phone, but on a laptop or desktop or tablet device you should see:

On a phone you would see: image.png.4cc2a3381e2783554628000f41f94c61.pngwhich has two of the same markers but has the username in red rather than the red Staff tag below the avatar.
