1.- How do I delete v1 of affinity?... because, every time I want to open an image or text from the browser, v1 of affinity opens, when I have v2... v1 does not recognize v2 and I don't know how to delete it, because I'm afraid of damaging some v2 file. please clarify this? Thank you

2.- the v2 of affinity worked very well, until the last update, the text does not include the size or spacing instructions, I made a screen printer where I inserted the images of what the software throws...

Yesterday and today I spent more time fighting with the program because it writes everything at once, I have to skip double space, and it does not modify the text as one wants... not to mention the images that look very pixelated...

Hi @Siusango,

Regarding uninstalling V1, if you go to Windows Settings > Installed apps/Apps & Features you can uninstall V1 from here. If you right click on an image file > Properties you can change the default 'Opens with' program on the 'General' tab to the V2 apps, this will then default all files which share that file extension to use your desired app.

Regarding your second problem, I'm having a difficult time fully understanding what the text issue is from your screenshot as the text on the image doesn't appear to be translating to English very well for me. Could you provide a little more information on the problem, and perhaps also provide a sample file .afpub where your issue is present so we can look into this further?

If it's easier, feel free to write back in your native language rather than using Google translate. 🙂

Luego, de la última actualización realizada en los affinity v2, estos comenzaron a presentar problemas, los que detallo a continuación por imagen adjunta:

editor : imagen adjuntada el día de Ayer , en impresora de pantalla del texto mostré escritura en: letra Gabriola, 24pt, Interlineado 24pt, espaciado después del párrafo 13pt ... al mismo tiempo, le mostró que, al escribir, el nuevo texto, este me escribió con las líneas casi superpuestas, escribiendo con la misma letra Gabriola, 24pt, la letra no se veía, y tuve que, para dejarla del mismo tamaño del texto en general, agrandarla a 36pt, Interlineado de 48pt, espacio después del párrafo 32pt, y así y todo el interlineado no se separa y se ve amontonado.

Al escribir en editor, en rojo lo que quería mostrar, el texto quedó montado sobre el escrito anterior y no pude mover el cuadro de texto, y no pude seguir trabajando, por eso acudí a Uds.

Luego, en la tarde, quise volver a trabajar en el texto, el inconveniente seguía, pero ahora se agregaba que ya no estaba el diccionario por lo tanto comenzó a arrojar una serie de alertas, tanto por las imágenes como por el diccionario, la que muestro en la imagen 1 y 2 editorial.

En respuesta a su petición, el día de hoy, envíos nueva impresora de pantalla: se encuentra inserto en la imagen el nuevo inconveniente del diccionario, que apareció ayer

1 editor: el día anterior a la actualización mi escrito, que ayer estaba en letra Gabriola, 24pt, Interlineado 24 pt, espaciado después del párrafo de 13 pt, ahora resulta que aparece en; letra Gabriola 18pt, Interlineado 14pt, espacio después del párrafo 5pt... (ya no es lo mismo de ayer)

2 editor: el día de ayer el nuevo escrito estaba en letra Gabriola 36pt, Interlineado de 48pt, espacio después del párrafo 32pt, y ahora aparece la misma letra Gabriola 30 pt, Interlineado 30 pt, espacio después del párrafo 16pt... 

3 editor : ahora, cuando me doy cuenta, resulta que nuevamente me cambio las características del escrito, y muestra: letra Gabriola 18pt, Interlineado 18pt, espacio después del párrafo 0pt, cuando en su original, y enviado ayer es: letra Gabriola, 24pt , Interlineado 24pt, espaciado después del párrafo 13pt ...

4 editor: al escribir un texto ahora (enmarcado con línea roja) con la misma letra Gabriola, para entender lo que se lee, le puse tamaño 36pt, Interlineado 8pt, espacio después del texto 13 pt, sin embargo, tal como se lo muestro en la imagen siguiente, al aumentar el interlineado notará que no se mueve.

5 editor : en esta imagen última de editor, podrá darse cuenta de que el interlineado, ahora aumentado a 72pt, y el espacio después del texto a 25pt, en relación con lo que le muestro en la imagen anterior, no se mueve... si coloco la letra a 18pt, se ve como si fuera de 9 o 10pt

Además, el programa me muestra, aparte del diccionario que no reconoce, una serie de problemas con las imágenes que no entiendo, y no sabría explicarle, las imágenes están en jpg, 72ppp e incluso algunas en 144ppp.

En cuanto a Affinity photo, las imágenes con resolución inferior a 300ppp se ven completamente pixeladas, tal como se las muestro en las imágenes enviadas ayer, en circunstancias de que, antes de la actualización, las resoluciones nombradas, no presentaban problemas, todo lo contrario. , siempre he trabajado con resoluciones de 72ppp porque es lo que se aconseja para imágenes de web... Considere por favor las imágenes de A. Photo enviadas ayer...

For the dictionary problem:

1. You should not need to provide the dictionary for international Spanish (es-ES), as it is built-in. But if you are going to provide it, the directory name would be es-ES not es_ES.
2. For Chilean Spanish, the directory name should be es-CL not es_CL.
   If that does not resolve the problem, then if you did not download the files within that directory from here (https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/190021-how-do-i-add-additional-dictionaries-to-affinity-v2/&do=findComment&comment=1134760) then please open each of the files (the .dic and .aff) in a text editor and show us the first few lines of each.
