I am working with Version 2.2 on a desktop PC.  I am very new to AP.  When I develop a RAW image, when the image opens in the photo persona, it still shows as a RAW image.  I have set the output to pixel but it still shows as a RAW file.  The YouTube videos I have watched all seem to show the image as pixel after the develop process.

Does it matter?  It looks like I can do everything available in the photo persona.

Thanks in advance for your help

That is a Pixel Layer, the name is just the name given to the (pixel) layer.

Thanks Bruce.  Sometimes AP is so overwhelming, and there are so many subtle nuances to learn.  I wish I could find a "in person" class in my area I think Just having someone to question would be nice.  the forum is great but takes time and I sometimes don't know how to ask the question in writing.  I guess my pictures helped this time.  Thanks again

Sorry, yes the pictures helped. They allowed me to see that the layer is a pixel layer and further to explain that the file name from the raw file is just a name used for that layer and not the actual raw file imported somehow (it is possible to do that). We would have had to go back and forth for a while if we were just using text.
