I scanned a rectangular object but When I view it in AD it is not quite rectangular. I thought I could use the 'Warp' feature to distort it into a rectangle. When I try to use it it seems only to adjust the outside perimeter of the image and not the whole image. What an I doing wrong?

Sounds like you may be using the wrong Warp tool.
If it was the Warp icon found at the bottom of of the Layers panel that you used, then this one is for vector objects only.
For bitmap/raster items in Designer use; Pixel Persona > Layer > New Live Filter Layer and choose which Warp filter one you want to use.

Thanks Mark this would seem to explain it. I'll give it a try.
