My granddaughter has changed computer and did not transfer Photo to the new computer. She wants to start using Photo again, but she is unable to locate her account information. Any suggestions?

Hi @Big_Stan,

The best thing to do would be to ask your granddaughter to contact us via our Support Form. Once the team have some details from her they should be able to locate her account and advise how to re-install any past orders,
