Publisher 2 & Designer 2 - Multiple PDF Exports Causing crashes in Windows

Hi,

As the title explains, I am experiencing consistent crashes in Publisher 2 & Designer 2 when trying to export multiple PDFs.

I can export one PDF without an issue, but when I try to repeat the process after making a small change to the same document (different background colour), both Designer & Publisher crash after I hit the export button.

This was happening in 2.1 and is also now unfortunately continuing in 2.2.

What Application are you using? Publisher 2 & Designer 2
Are you using the latest release version? Yes
Can you reproduce it? Yes
Does it happen for a new document? If not can you upload a document that shows the problem? Yes

Is anyone else also experiencing this?

Thanks,

Jack

Strange...it also lets me export the files from the Export Persona, which I have used as a workaround to avoid redoing the whole artboard itself (copying to a new document still results in crashing).

I can't rename the files past a certain length though...Very strange.

I am making a stab in the dark guess here. Do you have linked files? It could be that you have linked files in linked files.  Try embedding some or all of them and then exporting.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Thanks, Bruce - I am using embedded files already, but there are only very limited files in the document - it is mainly just shapes and text. It is strange. Something has gone wrong somewhere, but no idea what.
