IainLC Posted September 14, 2023 Share Posted September 14, 2023 Morning, Originally deployed Serif Suite, in 2021, v1.09, using SCCM and Intune by creating an MSI and embedding the account details. Downloaded the current version from the account page, v1.10, and attempted to create an MSI to update the version installed. Getting the error message that the email address and/or product key are invalid when creating the MSI. To ensure no mistypes, all details are copied and pasted.
