Anchors panel - arrow keys don't work as described in Help

Help (https://affinity.help/publisher2/English.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Panels/anchorsPanel.html?title=Anchors panel) states "Name—displays the name(s) of the displayed anchor(s). This list can be sorted using the up and down arrows."

I can't get this to sort as described.

If the panel is docked:

• Up/Down Arrow will move up and down the list by one item without changing it.
• Opt + Up/Down Arrow will move to the top/bottom of the list.

If the panel is undocked and the text cursor is in a text frame:

• Up/Down Arrow has no effect, the keypress goes to the text frame.
• Opt + Up/Down Arrow has no effect, presumably the keypress is going to the text frame.

If the panel is undocked and the text cursor is not in a text frame:

• Up/Down Arrow has no effect
• Cmd or Ctrl + Up/Down Arrow will m one up and down the list by one item without changing it.
• Opt + Up/Down Arrow will move to the top/bottom of the list.
