New Anchor button in Anchors panel not disabled when it should be

This is minor, nothing bad happens but the Anchor panel's New Anchor button isn't disabled at the same time as the Text > Interactive > Insert Anchor command.

1. Open the History panel
2. Create a text frame and type a character
3. Click outside of the text frame to deselect it - the menu command will be disabled but the panel's button
4. Click the New Anchor button in the panel - the dialog will appear and let you create an anchor - click OK
5. The History panel shows that an anchor was created but it doesn't appear in the Anchors panel - I assume it's not created because if you use the auto numbered name and then repeat the exercise the next time it will default to the same number so although the action was logged in History I don't think the anchor was actually created

The issue "[macOS] New Anchor button not disabled when it should be" (REF: AF-45) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2083".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
