Hi GeirSol

Are the linked resources being placed from an external drive such as a cloud drive or USB stick etc? If they are does placing them from a location local to your computer solve the crashing? Please could you also provide a copy of the latest crash report found using the below guide?

Thanks
C

Thanks! Only local files
I'm not getting the result with the crash-report as described by your link

Finally managed to clean up the recurses (doubledxx pdfs embedded)
and link most pdfs.
I suspect the issue is with embedded pdf, some pages on passthrough, some on interpret. But, not sure.
Hopefully I'm past the 100 crashes

Hi GeirSol,

Thank you for providing the crash reports since cleaning up your resources have you continued to have issues at all? If you are still seeing crashing please could you provide a screen recording showing the crashing and a copy of the files in question so I can try replicating it here? You should be able to upload them to the following link.

Thanks!
Yes, still a lot of crash, freeze, issues saving, issues auto-recover.
I'll make a couple of packages and upload.
Note: I see my RAM is almost maxed out.

Hi Geir,

In the apps preferences under performance is the RAM usage limit set to your total available RAM? It might be worth lowering this slider slightly to see if it solves your issue. It also might be worth trying to disable Open CL in the performance menu to see if this helps at all.

Thanks
C

First impression is good. No crashes for 10 minutes. I'll keep checking and report back
