NotMyFault
Hi, the curves adjustment allows to use the picker to define the x position of a node. The help file is missing important details: Some users (including me) assumed that the selected color channel will be used to define the x position of nodes, which is nit the case. Instead, the lightness of the picked pixel will be used, independent from which channel is selected. 1. Affinity, please update the help file / documentation to include this information. 2. Please add the option to choose a color channel for the picker (independent from the color channel for the curve). ideally, the color format should be selectable independent from the format chosen for the curve itself. stevenmiller
I support this request, have the exact same issue with the workings of the color picker. Please add to the documentation and an option for the channel. NotMyFault
