Hello everyone ! How are you doing today 🙂

I put this message because I have a big issue.

I'm using the V2 of Affinity Photos, Designer and I would like to know what does this message means please ?

Each time I want to save as a PNG file I have this message, I save in somewhere sometimes it's working 😞

I'm a little bit confuse.

Thanks by advance.

Alex

Hi @Alexandre Valensi,

This message can indicate that the app is having a problem embedding the document's metadata in the final file when exporting to PNG, if the metadata of your exported .PNG is not a concern or required, you should be able to untick 'Embed metadata' in the 'Advanced' section of the PNG export menu which will allow the export to complete without any further problems.

Alternatively if you could provide a copy of the problem .afdesign file we can take a look and see if the cause can be identified.

I think it could also indicate that the cloud service managing that folder ("Creative Cloud Files") is somehow interfering with the writing of the metadata. In that case, Exporting to a different folder, not managed by a cloud service, might work. You could then manually copy the file to your desired destination.

I have an Onedrive folder who is always here as well I deleted OneDrive not proprely so many it's this problem you're talking about.

I don't know if that would do it. Have you tried saving to a folder that is not managed by any cloud services?
