joe_l
Let's say we import a PDF containing several dashed lines. Often enough a dashed line is split into several parts and I would like to put them together again. 1) I select the parts. 2) Join curves. Result: If a part of the lines has a solid style and the rest a dashed style, all lines are turned into a solid style. Wouldn't it be better to inherit the line style depending on the first line selected? Attached a before and after example. lepr
Not sure if it always works, but try ensuring the line with the wanted style is lower in the stack than the other line(s) before doing the join. Edit: now realised this is a request thread. Anyway, the workaround may help a little. Edited August 31, 2023 by lepr joe_l

Works. Never thought, that the order would matter. Thx. Quote ---------- Windows 10 / 11, Complete Suite Retail and Beta

The order also matters with the Boolean geometry operations: the result takes its style from the lowest operand. joe_l
