Hello, has anyone already had this problem? the last two days, I have been working in the office on an Apple Mac Studio, and I opened the same document on my laptop (MacBook Pro) and it is not possible to see the document, when I zoom in, you can see a little more but it always looks like it has a white layer over it. Do you know why this happens and how can I fix it? thank you.image.thumb.png.d00e0e4aa11ba46ab9f0145c19e87e12.png

Hi @Alejandra Padila,
Welcome to the Affinity Forums!

Unfortunately you excluded the Layers panel from your screenshots and did not select any or the front most layer, so the most probable reason appears to be a gray object with reduced opacity in the Layers panel, as you mentioned already as "looks like it has a white layer over it".

Can you show a screenshot of the entire application window and page at full size (not zoomed in) plus the Layers panel and the gray or foreground object selected with the Move tool?

To verify if the gray is caused by a layout object you can alternatively click a layer thumbnail, for instance of an image, with the option key pressed. This should hide all layers this selected layer excepted.
