AfPub b2.2: dark/transparent toolbar icons in light mode, missing lock icons

FYI, there are some icons which do not change colour -> EDIT: are in fact transparent when switching to light mode...

This is when no document is loaded.

Also, in the guides window, there are (the usual) hidden lock icons when using light mode. (maybe because they are hardcoded in light gray to be seen in dark mode) 

They are also misplaced I would say.

As tzvi20 noted, the issue with the transparent toolbar icons has already been reported.

The issue with the icon contrast is also a known issue but I believe the issue with them overlapping the Margins text fields is a new issue.

While checking it out I also found a minor glitch. You can only open Guides when a document is open but if you leave Guides open, quit, and restart Publisher, the 4 Margins fields will now have popup sliders. Creating a new document will cause them to disappear.

v2.2 beta 1954 - with a document open and after restarting with Guides left open.

v2.1.1 - same as above, except the lock icons are in the right location

The issue "[macOS] View Mode and Insert location button groups are transparent without a document opened in Light UI" (REF: AF-22) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2083".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
