I set up a new account, paid $69 through apple and I can't seem to get an email from you guys to get activate my account. I tried to password reset as well and got no response. I just need a log-in. I never received a welcome email or anything to set up my account. I was using the trial for a bit and paid for the full version of Affinity Designer 2 through the apple store and now I can't set up or get a license :( I have a project due tonight and I really need to be able to access my files.

I solved the problem on my own. I reinstalled and checked the Need Help section for users who bought through apple store. Really not intuitive, you guys might want to work on that process from trial to activation, it's a crappy customer journey. :/
