Luigi Casaretto Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 I set up a new account, paid $69 through apple and I can't seem to get an email from you guys to get activate my account. I tried to password reset as well and got no response. I just need a log-in. I never received a welcome email or anything to set up my account. I was using the trial for a bit and paid for the full version of Affinity Designer 2 through the apple store and now I can't set up or get a license I have a project due tonight and I really need to be able to access my files.
