The latest build has broken the "§" shortcut key available on Swedish keyboards

I can no longer use the "§" key without modifier keys on my Swedish keyboard for toggling Brush Stabilizer across the entire suite. It worked in the previous builds.

Hey FDK,

I've just tried this myself and its working as intended both with Apply to all and without. Looking at your video it you're changing the shortcut for the Paint Mixer Tool (with Apply to all enabled). Does it work as you would expect when changing the shortcut in Paint Mixer Brush.

The only other thing I can think of is that maybe you have another application running using this shortcut that is eating it up? I've had this happen when using TinyTake for screen recordings - it used to swallow up Ctrl+D for Deselect, as it was used inside that.

I only got it to work when I resetted my shortcuts back to default. My own shortcuts however no longer work and there is no indicator that there are other shortcuts that are assigned to the same key. This issue only happens in the latest Beta build. My personal shortcuts still work elsewhere.
