StudioLink for Affinity Designer persona not working in Affinity Publisher

Recommended Posts

Hi

I was prompted to upgrade to 2.2 for both Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo some time back, which I did. I can now not access the Designer Persona in Affinity Publisher but can access the Photo persona. When I check for updates in Publisher, I get a notification that I am currently using the latest available version 2.1.2. What is the work around/when will Affinity Publisher 2.2 go live?

Thanks

Hi @Haidee and welcome to the forum.

Did you use the beta version (currently 2.2.0.1954) or the actual retail version (2.1.1) with all three programs?

If not you have to update all programs to the same version.

You must also make sure that you do not mix msi/exe and/or msix installations. Either all as msi/exe or all as msix.

If in doubt, uninstall everything and follow the above paragraph when reinstalling.
