Hi there:

I have an iPad Pro and I am considering buying a Macbook Pro as well. I heard that one can use a Wacom tablet or XP Pen tablet to draw into the desktop or Mac IOS version of Affinity directly, but can I also attach my iPad to my computer to do the same thing?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance! :)

Yes you can use an iPad Pro as a drawing tablet using sidecar: https://search.brave.com/search?q=imac+what+is+sidecar&source=desktop

It works very well using Sidecar, but personally, I still prefer running Photo and Designer directly on my 12.9 in iPad. You can hold it any way you like, no table needed.
