CFreeborn
Hello! I have purchased the V2 bundle upgrade. I've been a user of Photo and Publisher (V1) and have added Designer with this upgrade. Here's the hitch. My current Mac will not run an OS beyond 10.13. For the time being I need to retain this machine for other applications I rely on. I have V1 Designer downloaded, but it will not accept the V2 product key. Is there a work-around for this? In the future when I upgrade the Mac it will be clear sailing with V2 exclusively, but that may be a few to several months out. Many thanks. walt.farrell
V1 and V2 are completely separate products, and a V2 license does not allow you to use V1. You would need to have purchased a Designer V1 license when they were available for sale.
