Programs not loading in Windows 11 - Icons there and used to work fine

Recommended Posts

I haven't used programs since the end of April when they all worked fine. When I click on the Icons to load nothing happens in all three programs. I tried to run as administrated with the same result. When I looked at Apps/Installed apps/Affinity Photo2/Advanced Options there is an item list "Terminate" and it says "Immediately terminate this app and its related processes." There is no option to change that setting. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Brian

When you start the program, does the system menu change to show the application name on the left?

If so, the application is running. In that case perhaps you need to use the menu to Open or create a file. And if you're not seeing the Studio panels perhaps you need to press the Tab key.

Can you please try starting Photo 2 with the CTRL key held down and when the Clear User Data screen appears please also select the Disable Hardware Acceleration and then click the Clear button

Still didn't load... The mouse cursor spins for a second or two and then there is no program. I tab through all programs and not there. Task manager shows no affinity apps running.

No, I checked with Task manager, and no affinity tasks running. Tab through windows and not there either.
