Unable to log in in Affinity Photo App

Hello, I can't login in Affinity photo App, I am getting following error: Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT. I took a look and there were some threads with same problem, so I allow this URLs on our proxy. Am I missing something? Or what could I do? Thank you.

Hi @Jiri Skryja and welcome to the forums.

I've just compared your list with the entries in my own firewall (Little Snitch).  I'd suggest that you try creating an entry for "seriflabs.com" – in addition to the three you've listed.

If that doesn't do the trick, there must be something else - and I'm sure one of the more experienced regulars will be along soon and put us right if that's the case. 😀

Our FAQ (linked below) recommends the following URLs are added to your proxy/firewall whitelist:

If you're still having trouble, please run the Connection Checker (as described in the second post in the above FAQ) and attach a copy of your .MD file results here.

Hello, I am using Affinity Photo 1.10.6.1665 it's enough for my basic use. But still same with connectivity. Where can I find Check connectivity button? Or some log? Thank you.

Thanks for confirming that for me, unfortunately the Affinity V1 app does not include this connectivity checker option.

Can you please provide a screenshot showing the exact error message you are seeing? As I have not heard of this showing in V1 previously.

Are you able to access the https://affinity.serif.com/ site through a web browser?

Please note that signing into 'My Account' within the app simply allows you to download and install purchased add-on packs. If you do not have any add-ons purchased, there is no need to sign into this dialog.

Alternatively, you can manually download and install any add-ons into the Affinity app, without the use of My Account from the following link -
