Jiri Skryja Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 Hello, I can't login in Affinity photo App, I am getting following error: Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT. I took a look and there were some threads with same problem, so I allow this URLs on our proxy. Am I missing something? Or what could I do? I'd suggest that you try creating an entry for "seriflabs.com" – in addition to the three you've listed. Our FAQ (linked below) recommends the following URLs are added to your proxy/firewall whitelist: https://affinity.api.serifservices.com https://affinity.serif.com If you're still having trouble, please run the Connection Checker (as described in the second post in the above FAQ) and attach a copy of your .MD file results here. Many thanks in advance Hello, I am using Affinity Photo 1.10.6.1665 it's enough for my basic use. But still same with connectivity. Where can I find Check connectivity button? Or some log? Thank you. Can you please provide a screenshot showing the exact error message you are seeing? As I have not heard of this showing in V1 previously. Are you able to access the https://affinity.serif.com/ site through a web browser? ________________ Please note that signing into 'My Account' within the app simply allows you to download and install purchased add-on packs. If you do not have any add-ons purchased, there is no need to sign into this dialog.
